Tooth Extractions

No one wants to think about losing their teeth, but there are times when teeth must be removed. At Roswell Complete Dentistry, we always want to save teeth. However, there are instances when removing a tooth is the best or only option. We provide comfortable tooth extractions at our dental center in the Alpharetta and Roswell, GA, area.

Damaged Tooth Removal

Dental treatments can save most teeth, from repairing cracked or broken teeth to root canals for infected teeth. Our dental clinic can provide the most advanced options in tooth repairs, but when a tooth cannot be saved, we offer damaged tooth removal. If the root is damaged or the structure is too weak, we can extract the tooth in a comfortable and non-invasive procedure. Once the tooth is removed, we can offer restoration options such as a dental implant or bridge to replace your missing tooth.

Wisdom Teeth Removal

Wisdom teeth removal is one of the few times that teeth are removed even if they are healthy. These last, large molars are notorious for causing oral health issues. Whether you have an impacted wisdom tooth or not enough room for these teeth to fit comfortably, our dental team can remove these troublesome molars. Many young adults have all their wisdom teeth removed in one procedure, but these teeth can be taken out at any point if they cause oral health problems.

Tooth extractions can be performed with or without sedation. We offer both nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation for patients that have anxiety about tooth extraction procedures. Our team can discuss the different sedation options to let you decide what will make you feel the most comfortable during your procedure.

Tooth removal does not need to be a scary experience. When it is necessary to remove a tooth, our dental team at Roswell Complete Dentistry can provide a stress-free procedure and recovery.
